Angela Onyegbuna is a programmer, ICT trainer, and tech enthusiast. She works as an IT Officer for Paradigm Initiative. She has a degree in computer science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Angela is a digital inclusion advocate who has dedicated much of her work to bridging the digital divide in Africa, through organizing and coordinating digital inclusion initiatives for young people in underserved communities, and young women in Africa. She has also contributed to the development of curriculums for digital inclusion capacity-building programs, as well as mentoring young people in technology.
