Early this year we started a campaign known as #FacesofPIN through which we intended to learn more about our staff members, who work tirelessly to support our achievements; what they do, their inspiration, and lessons, among others.
In this edition of #FacesofPIN we spoke to Ms. Uchechukwu Nwodi, and this is what she had to say:
What is your name and what do you do for the organization?
Uche: My name is Uchechukwu Nwodi, and I am the Senior Officer, Administration for Paradigm Initiative
What is your inspiration or what inspires you in life?
Uche: Do to others what you want to be done to you, and “nobody is getting out alive from this world, do what makes you happy at every time.”
What do you love about your job?
Uche: Everything because, as a back-end support, I am relevant to everyone.
What do you love about PIN?
Uche: The diversity of people, team support, and top-notch staff welfare
What are some of the lessons you have learned over the year? (This could ne regarding work or life).
Uche: Do not allow the voice of your fears to be louder than the other voices in your head. If you can dream it, you can achieve it.

Uche: Watching movies, wine-tasting, and attending parties.
