“I love PIN’s relentlessness to being pacesetters in transparency, accountability and meaningful impact in the industry.” – Adesuyi

Since the start of the year, we have engaged our team members, who work tirelessly to support our work in seven African countries and beyond. Through the #FacesofPIN campaign, we highlight what they do for the organisation, their inspiration, and lessons, among others.

In this edition, we spoke to our Finance and Administration Manager, Adesuyi Ajibade, and this is what he had to say:

What do you do for the organisation?

I serve as the Finance and Administrative Manager for Paradigm Initiative.

What is your inspiration, or what inspires you in life?

Overcoming challenges, solving problems, and making a positive impact on the younger generation.

What do you love about your job?

I love everything about my job; Financial data analysis and reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, logistics management, team coordination, developing tools to aid informed decision-making, everything!

What do you love about PIN?

PIN’s relentlessness to continue to be pacesetters in transparency, accountability and meaningful impact in the industry.

What are some of the lessons you have learned over the years? (This could be regarding work or life)

Time management through using productivity tools is a huge achievement at PIN. Having added this to my work experience is a big deal. PIN has an environment that builds and sharpens your skills.

I enjoy doing my DJ thing, I play guitar, I love music, I write scripts and I direct stage plays.
