Samuel is an innovative and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluation, developing research instruments for data collection, training of survey personnel and in-field supervision. Samuel has also taken part in projects in partnership with national and state governments, international development agencies, private sector and other civil society groups.
He possesses core competencies in project management, research and implementation. Similarly, Samuel is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved people in society.
Samuel has a Master of Public Health degree (specialization in Health Policy and Management) and a BSc in Microbiology.
