Program Manager

Oluwatosin Abolaji has a passion for youth and community development. He has been managing community-based projects since 2012. He believes every young person has the potential to succeed in spite of their background. Oluwatosin holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, attended certification courses in leadership and project management, an alumnus of Non-profit Leadership and Management certification program at the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos Business School (LBS).   

 

Oluwatosin joined Paradigm Initiative as a Program Assistant and he managed the organization’s Digital Inclusion pilot program that focuses on improving the livelihood of youth living in under-served communities in Nigeria. As a Program Assistant, he managed the program’s operation from the South west region before replicating to the South east and now in the North west region of Nigeria. He rises through the ranks and currently oversees Paradigm Initiative’s Digital Inclusion program in Nigeria and Africa as the Program Manager and also serves as a member of the leadership team. He is an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Management, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, and Integration.

 

He is currently working on integrating Paradigm Initiative’s Digital Inclusion and Digital Rights programs.
