Philip Kabii is a results-driven programs management specialist who thrives in providing management and leadership to diverse teams handling empowerment programs. He has a passion for community-driven and inclusive approaches to sustainable development that link people, especially youth in under-served communities, with opportunities across different sectors. He thrives in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and budgeting for development and humanitarian programs that seek to empower beneficiaries to take charge of their development.
Philip has about seven years of experience in program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, management, and capacity building. He has been involved in coordinating youth-empowerment programs that seek to support young people to go through a full cycle of education, acquire key life skills fit for the 21st century, and acquire employability or entrepreneurial skills.
In his free time, Philip enjoys playing scrabble and checkers. He also enjoys reading technology materials, listening to music, and watching movies.
