Aicha Thiendella Fall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in International Relations from Ashoka University, a Liberal Arts college in India. During her stay in India, she was active in student associations of foreign students, specifically as the National Deputy Secretary of the Association of African Students in India.

Aicha has interned in the Program Recruitment & Partnerships at African Leadership Academy. Before joining Paradigm Initiative as Programs Officer, she worked with #FixPolitics as the Student Liaison Office Team Lead and with incubators such as Impact Hub Dakar and Suguba as a project and Operations Manager.

Aicha is a passionate Afrobeats dancer and loves to read in her free time.
