Fellowship

The Digital Rights and Inclusion Media Fellowship (DRIMF) is a 4-month Fellowship which is held twice a year from March to June and from August to November every year. Through academic and practical learnings, fellows are exposed to the digital ecosystem. DRIMF Fellows connect with PIN teams in Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Paradigm Initiative also holds a 9-month Digital Rights and Inclusion Learning Lab (DRILL) from March to November every year. As a mid-career fellowship, potential candidates have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as technology or social innovators, researchers, policy experts, and entrepreneurs. We host innovative learning around digital rights and inclusion in Africa, and provides a space for enhanced capacity, practice and reflection within the digital ecosystem.

DRILL

DRILL serves as a space for enhanced capacity, practice and reflection amongst researchers, social innovators, policymakers and actors, the private sector and civil society.
