Digital Rights & Elections in Africa Monitor
The Digital Rights and Elections in Africa Monitor (DREAM) is a PIN project that activates PIN responses to promote and defend digital rights during election cycles. DREAM brings key election stakeholders together to discuss the protection of digital rights and to raise awareness and educate stakeholders on the importance of digital rights in the election process. For each country-specific DREAM, the concept note considers the country context and couches interventions that are customised and directed at specific issues based on a landscape analysis. DREAM is not only focused on Policy. Engagement Meetings but is a holistic roadmap that features a series of actions demonstrating active monitoring of elections

Three main phases of the election cycle as follows:
Pre-Election Phase (0-6 months)
Election Days
Post-Election Phase (Up to 3 months)
DREAM supports awareness, dialogue, and active monitoring of digital rights across all phases of the electoral process.
