Today, we celebrate a special milestone as Bridgette Ndlovu marks three years with Paradigm Initiative (PIN).

As Partnerships and Engagements Officer, Bridgette plays a key role in strengthening relationships, advancing collaborations, and contributing to the organisation’s growth and impact. As we celebrate her journey, she reflects on the past three years, the lessons learned, and what she looks forward to in the years ahead.

“These three years have been worthwhile! I did not know what to expect, but engaging with our incredible partners across different networks has shown me the power of collective action and how much we can achieve together. Connecting with a wide range of stakeholders to find the right partners to complement our efforts in achieving the Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals (BHAGs) has been enriching and has given meaning to the idea that if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together.

When I look back, I am proud of the work I have done and of my contributions to a cause I believe in. From coordinating documentation of developments across 29 countries through our Londa report, engaging in global processes, representing PIN to build solidarity within the networks and coalitions we engage with, coordinating DRIF, and supporting capacity-building initiatives with universities across the continent, I can clearly see that our society has all it takes to uphold rights and achieve inclusion.

I am proud to be part of PIN and the resilient community around us. As I stay focused on the mission, I look forward to engaging with more partners, government and private sector representatives, and working towards a digitally inclusive and rights-respecting world.”
