Paradigm Initiative will host a two-day engagement combining a Digital Rights Academy (DRA) and a Digital Rights and Elections in Africa Monitor (DREAM) workshop. This initiative aims to introduce a rights-based approach to digital governance discussions, strengthen local stakeholders’ capacity, and lay the foundation for collaborative monitoring of digital rights in the lead-up to future electoral processes.
